The process involves surface preparation, clamping, and heating via embedded resistance coils. Smart technology reads barcode data to automatically control voltage and time, monitoring resistance and temperature in real-time. If parameters deviate, the cycle aborts, preventing defective joints. Data logging provides traceability for each joint.
