Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For PU foam, as it is classified as dangerous goods with shipping restrictions, the MOQ is one small container, approximately 1000-1200 cartons with 12 pieces per carton. For silicone sealant, the MOQ is set at 500 cartons.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
For OEM orders, the customization of packaging and labels requires additional time, resulting in a lead time of approximately 10-20 days. For non-OEM orders, production is completed within 7-10 days.
Q:What shipping methods do you accept?
