Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
Due to shipping restrictions on PU foam as a hazardous material, our minimum order quantity is one small container, equivalent to 1000-1200 cartons with 12 pcs/carton. For silicone sealant, our MOQ is set at 500 cartons.
Q:What is your lead time?
A:
For OEM requests, our tailored packaging and labeling services require additional time, resulting in a lead time of about 10-20 days. If OEM services are not needed, production is completed within 7-10 days.
Q:How do you ship your products?
