Yes, we welcome face-to-face meetings to better understand customer needs. Please notify us a few days in advance so we can make good arrangements.
Q:Can I get some samples?
A:
Samples are provided for testing before official orders if MOQ, price, and terms are acceptable. For personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide samples as motors are custom-made with no stock. For initial testing, quantities should be no more than 5pcs.
Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A:
The MOQ is between 1,000 to 10,000 pcs for different models after sample approval. We can accept smaller lots for the initial 3 orders. There is no MOQ for samples, but quantities should be minimal (e.g., no more than 5pcs).
