Q:What is the delivery time for the CNC router machine?
A:
Standard size and configuration machines are delivered in 5 days. Customized series machines take 7 days, while 4-axis and 5-axis series machines take 15-20 days.
Q:Can you ship the machine to my home address?
A:
Yes, we have long-term cooperation with famous shipping agents in China offering FCA, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP prices. We usually suggest the receiver address be in a business district, as large trucks have limited access to civil areas.
Q:Is the CNC router machine easy to operate for beginners?
A:
Yes, it is easy to operate if you can draw with software. We provide free English guide videos and instruction books, free training courses at our factory, and 24-hour technical support via calling, video, and email. Engineers are available for overseas service, but expenses are paid by the buyer.
Q:Is it possible to make a 1325C machine with 240V single phase?
A:
Yes, the power consumption is the same as 380V/3Phase, but the single-phase voltage pump is limited to no more than 3kw. We recommend choosing three 2.2kw air pumps. We will adopt different machine parts because the 240V current becomes bigger.

A:
