AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummarySHENZHEN FITLED LIGHTING CO., LTD. is identified as a China-based factory manufacturer established in 2013, specializing in LED lighting, including RV and marine lights, furniture and hospitality lighting, and sensor switches. The supplier reports export-oriented operations, with 90% of sales from exports and exporting activity since 2018. Evidence indicates capabilities in engineering drawings, prototype samples, product-specific inspection standards, and production across two lines. However, the records contain inconsistent operating scale information: one slice reports 15 total employees and a 450.0m² plant, while another reports 50 employees and a 1000sqm factory. No supplier-management-system certification is recorded, and no specific customer cases are provided. Financial information is excluded.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a factory and limited company in Shenzhen, China, operating under the names SHENZHEN FITLED LIGHTING CO., LTD. and SHENZHEN FITLED OPTOELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. It manufactures and exports LED lighting and related electronic products, with operations focused on RV, marine, furniture, hospitality, and sensor-light applications.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports three years of total R&D-engineer experience and can provide engineering drawings and prototype samples for design verification. Its product focus includes sensor switches, PCB-related products, and customized LED lighting, supporting some development capability, although the limited R&D experience data prevents a strong assessment of innovation depth.

Production capacityThe supplier reports two production lines, quality-control staffing of 6–10 people, product-specific inspection standards, and checks covering components, production, and finished goods. Reported facility scale is inconsistent: one record states 450.0m² and 15 employees, while another states a 1000sqm factory and 50 employees; therefore, production capability is evidenced but its actual scale requires verification.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers engineering drawings and prototype samples for design verification and describes custom interior lighting for furniture and hospitality projects. Its stated product scope also includes sensor switches and specialized 10–30V DC lighting, providing direct evidence of customization support.
