20KN Centrifugal Force: The drums produce 20KN of centrifugal force at 70Hz vibration frequency and 0.6mm nominal amplitude, with a static load of 40 N/cm.

270cc 4 Stroke Engine: A 270cc single cylinder 4 stroke gasoline engine rates 8.5HP (6.3kW) and starts by hand, so no battery is needed on site.

Hydraulic Station Drive: A static hydraulic station drives the roller at travel speeds from 0 to 4000 m/hr, equal to 67 m/min, and climbs grades up to 30 degrees.

Mechanical Vibration Drive: Travel is driven by a static hydraulic station while vibration is mechanically driven, so the two systems stay separate.

25L Water Tank: A 25L water tank is fitted for water assisted compaction passes, reducing refills during a working day.

QA/QC: Each order is inspected against the confirmed specification before packing, with QC records kept for every production batch.
