163cc 4 Stroke Engine: A 163cc single cylinder 4 stroke gasoline engine rates 4.8HP (3.6kW) and starts by hand, so no battery is needed on site.
Hydraulic Station Drive: A static hydraulic station drives the roller at travel speeds from 0 to 3000 m/hr, and the unit climbs grades up to 30 degrees.
Mechanical Vibration: Vibration is mechanically driven through an automatic centrifugal clutch, which engages the drum as engine speed rises.
425x590mm Steel Drum: The steel drum measures 425x590mm and carries a static load of 40 N/cm across the drum width.
24L Water Tank: A 24L water tank is fitted for water assisted compaction passes, reducing the number of refills during a working day.
