Q:Can customers order different colors and models in one order?

Surely yes. Mixed colors and models are acceptable. One 20GP we suggest 3-4 models, one 40HQ we suggest 5-6 models.

Q:What is your policy for samples?

For small samples, we can offer them for free. For complete doors, we charge based on the actual situation. However, we will refund the sample charge if you place an order next time.

Q:What are your trade terms and payment terms?

Our trade terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Payment terms are 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, with the balance paid upon receiving the copy of the B/L. L/C at sight is also available.

We provide overseas installation service. After production, we send photos for approval. After loading, we send loading details and pictures for your reference.
