It is mainly used for welding and sealing thermoplastic materials such as PVC, PU, EVA, TPU, PETG, and plastic blisters. Typical applications include blister packaging, inflatable products, plastic bags, raincoats, stationery, toys, medical supplies, automotive interior parts, etc.
Q:What materials can your machine weld?
A:
Our machines are suitable for: PVC, EVA, TPU, PU, PETG, Double blister and blister card packaging, Most thermoplastic films and sheets. It cannot weld pure PP, PE, or non-woven fabrics without a coating layer.
Q:What is the difference between 5KW, 8KW, 10KW, 15KW high-frequency machines?
A:
The power determines welding area, thickness, and speed: 5KW: small products, small welding area; 8KW: general packaging and small inflatables; 10KW: medium-size products, higher efficiency; 15KW & above: large-size welding, thick materials, mass production.
Q:Do you provide customized molds?
A:
Yes. We can design and manufacture customized molds according to your product drawings, samples, or size requirements. Mold material can be aluminum alloy or copper, with high precision and long service life.
Q:What is your warranty period?
A:
We provide 12 months warranty for the whole machine. During the warranty period, we supply free replacement for damaged parts (except man-made damage and wearing parts).
