Apart from dark & white chocolate, it can handle sugar glaze, batter and other fluid sauces. Widely applied for coating biscuits, wafers, energy bars, pastries and candies. It can work alone or connect with cooling tunnel to form a full automatic production line.

Equipped with independent thermostatic control system to keep chocolate fluid. Closed circulation pump system with built-in filter prevents nozzle clogging. All pipelines adopt quick-clamp connection for easy disassembly and cleaning to avoid caking residue.

All contact parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel without dead corners.
