The supplier states that it provides quality assurance and has five years of export experience, with one-month lead times in both peak and off-season periods. However, the assessment identifies no written procedures or records for supplier-service evaluation, corrective and preventive actions, or complaint handling. There is also no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, and no overseas warehouse or showroom capability. Evidence for certifications, financial credibility, and verified customer cases is insufficient. Environmental and fire-drill status is unknown.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes multiple facilities, three production lines, inventory capability, five quality assurance/control inspectors in one record, and six to ten quality-control staff in another. The supplier reports one-month lead times in both peak and off-season periods, but lacks a valid contract with related subcontractors and has no written procedure or records for service-capability assessment.
