Q:Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Yes, we fully support it. We offer various customization design schemes. Please send us your sketches, photos or DWG/STEP files. Our R&D team will return the production-ready drawings within 48 hours along with the quotation. Free technical consultation is provided before placing an order.
Q:How long is your delivery cycle?
A:
Standard production requires 25 to 35 days after receiving the deposit and confirmation of the drawings. The specific time depends on the order quantity and surface treatment process. Due to the monthly production capacity exceeding 20,000 square meters, large orders can also be completed on time. We will share production photos and shipping tracking information at each stage.
Q:How about your warranty and after-sales service?
A:
We provide a structural warranty of [3 to5] years for all products and have a 24 hour response after-sales team. Problems during the warranty period will be replaced for free. Each order comes with an installation guide and maintenance instructions.
Q:Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A:
Yes. We offer samples and 1:1 prototypes. Once a bulk order is confirmed, the sample fees will be refunded; for long-term cooperative customers, we can negotiate the arrangement of sample shipping costs.
Q:Do you provide design and engineering support?
A:
Yes - eligible projects can be provided free of charge. Our engineers will provide structural suggestions, material selection guidance, and 3D renderings based on your on-site conditions. Supported file formats: DWG, PDF, CAD.
