AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryTianjin Fushengda Sports&Leisure Equipment Co., Ltd. is identified as a Chinese bicycle manufacturer established in 2013, with operations in Ninghe District, Tianjin. Its stated products include MTB, urban, city, mountain, and racing bicycles. The supplier reports seven production lines, 2,000,000 bicycles of annual output, a 35,000 m² manufacturing plant, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and 21–30 quality-control staff. It exports to multiple regions and reports sales coverage in more than 40 countries. The company states that it accepts custom orders, but the available information does not establish detailed customization processes or capabilities. Its claimed cooperation with Shanghai Forever Bicycle and global sales network provide customer-related evidence, although no independently verifiable case details are supplied. After-sales service, innovation performance, and financial credibility cannot be conclusively assessed from the provided data.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a manufacturer, while another record describes the company nature as a trading company. Its own profile states that it designs, develops, produces, and sells bicycles, and its business entity is listed as Tianjin Fushengda Sports & Leisure Equipment Co., Ltd. This supports classifying it primarily as a bicycle manufacturer, while noting a conflicting company-nature entry.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding an ISO 9001:2015 management-system certificate. This is direct evidence of a stated quality-management certification, although the provided information does not include the certificate number, issuing body, validity period, or scope.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a 35,000 m² manufacturing plant, seven production lines, annual output of 2,000,000 bicycles, and a stated maximum capacity of approximately 10,000 assembled bicycles per day. It also reports one-month lead times in both off-peak and peak seasons. Although employee and facility counts differ between records, the available data provides substantial evidence of established production capacity.

Client casesThe supplier claims a sales network covering more than 40 countries and states that it became one of the largest suppliers to Shanghai Forever Bicycle after cooperation began in 2008. These are explicit customer and market references, but the information does not provide order details, dates of completed projects beyond the stated cooperation period, or independent verification.
