We are a professional bicycle manufacturer with independent production lines, including frame welding, painting, assembly and QC workshops. We support factory direct export, OEM and ODM service for global clients.

Do you support customized design, logo and color?

Yes. We support custom frame geometry, custom painting colors, custom logo printing, custom decals and customized packaging. For exclusive new models and customized drawings, technical files will not be released externally to avoid copying and market imitation.

Can we mix different bike models or colors in one container?

Yes. Mixed models, sizes and colors in one full container are acceptable. We will arrange reasonable loading plan to ensure stable transportation and maximum container utilization.

Can I get bicycle samples before mass production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide pre-production samples (PPS) for customer confirmation on appearance, size, assembly quality and packaging standard before bulk order production. Sample cost and freight will be charged accordingly and can be partially deducted from bulk order payment.

What is the PPS sample lead time?

Accepted Answer

Normally 30 working days for standard models. For customized or new developed frames, it takes 10-15 working days according to tooling and painting schedule.

What is your mass production delivery time?

Standard production lead time is 35-40 working days after receiving deposit and confirmed all final technical files, packaging details and PPS sample approval. Peak season or fully customized orders will be confirmed case by case.

What shipping methods do you support?

We support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and express delivery. Most bulk export orders adopt full container sea shipment for cost efficiency and stable delivery.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C at sight. Standard term: 30% deposit for production arrangement, 70% balance paid before shipment.

What is your standard packaging method?

Standard packaging: each bicycle or spare part with individual inner packaging, then packed into one export carton. All cartons adopt thickened five-layer carton with foam protection to avoid bump, scratch and deformation during transit.

Can you support INMETRO sticker and customized certification labeling?

Yes. We support individual labeling for each spare part and each unit bike. We can paste INMETRO certification stickers on independent inner packaging strictly according to customer requirements. All barcodes and product information on labels will be fully consistent with order data. The template file is for reference only; each product will be matched with its own specifications and parameters.

Do you provide user manuals and export documents?

Yes. We provide unified version bicycle manuals, and can customize multi-language manuals. Complete export documents including packing list, invoice, bill of lading and certification documents will be provided for customs clearance.

How do you control product quality?

We implement full-process QC system: incoming material inspection, production inline inspection, finished product function test, appearance inspection and final container loading inspection. All frames, welding, painting and assembly procedures are strictly checked to avoid scratches, dents, bumps and functional defects.

Our bicycles and spare parts support mainstream export certifications, including ISO factory certification, BSCI and other regional compliance standards. We can cooperate with customers to complete designated third-party testing and certification for specific markets.

We provide professional after-sales support. For quality problems caused by factory production, we support free replacement or compensation. For damage caused by human factors or long-term wear and tear after warranty period, we provide cost-effective spare parts and paid maintenance service.
