SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trading company in Foshan, Nanhai District, with a business scope covering hardware, plastic products, molds, technical services, technology development, and import/export activities. It reports 14 years of export experience, self-operated import/export rights, and exports representing 90% of total sales. The supplier provides sample-based, minor, full, and flexible customization, 3D software design, ODM, and OEM services, with 15 R&D engineers and new products launched in the past year. Quality and service procedures are documented, and ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 certifications are reported. However, there is no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, and the supplier lacks SDK availability, overseas warehouse services, and an overseas showroom. No financial figures or clear customer case details are provided.

CertificationsThe supplier reports holding ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 management-system certifications. These explicitly documented certifications support its quality, occupational-safety, and environmental management credentials.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports written and followed procedures for service-capability assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer-complaint handling. Its stated quality objective also includes zero complaints, providing explicit evidence of a structured service and complaint-management process.

R&D capabilityThe supplier provides 3D software design and ODM services, reports 15 R&D engineers, and states that it launched new products in the past year. These facts provide explicit evidence of active product-development capability, although the absence of an available SDK limits the documented scope of its R&D support.

This represents broad documented customization support across design and packaging-related services.
