Only small-scale machines are typically in stock. Large-scale machines are custom-designed based on specific customer requirements and technical parameters, shipped after QC.

Q:Can you send detailed machine drawings before ordering?

We provide draft drawings initially. Detailed drawings are designed and sent after you place the order and pay the deposit. Production starts only after your confirmation.

Q:Why does production take at least 20 days?

The timeline includes design, material preparation, welding, polishing, assembly, debugging, and rigorous detection. Any defective parts are returned to production until 100% approved.

Q:Can we pay the balance after receiving and testing the machine?

We are confident in our quality. We can install and test the machine for you or provide a video if you cannot visit the factory. Shipment occurs only after you confirm the machine works without problems.
