The minimum order quantity for standard containers is 1 20-foot container (approximately 1,200-1,500 square meters, varying depending on product thickness). We offer various trade terms such as FOB/CIF/DAP, and support full container shipping, less-than-container shipping, and the China-Europe Railway Express. We can plan the optimal logistics solution for customers.

The standard product delivery time is 25-30 days. Custom colors/sizes require an additional 7-10 days. We provide a free standard sample booklet (at your own cost of postage), and custom samples can be charged for production. The sample preparation period is 5-7 working days.

For new customers, the standard payment method is: 30% deposit + 70% payment upon receipt of the copy of the bill of lading. Long-term cooperative customers can apply for more flexible solutions (such as letters of credit, payment terms, etc.). All payments are received through the company's corporate bank account to ensure the safety of funds.

We offer a 12-month quality guarantee period. If there are quality issues, please provide photos/videos and batch number information. We will respond within 24 hours. If it is a quality issue, we will replenish, compensate, or initiate insurance claims (the goods are insured with international transportation insurance).
