We independently design and produce three main product lines: Vibration motors (VB series, YZS series, FHC side plate series), Vibrators (BX type, three-axis horizontal, flange thin-oil, and flange butter types), and Rubber springs. Our products are widely used in mining, casting, grain processing, building materials, coal, metallurgy, and other heavy industries.

We have invested over 30 million RMB in modern machining workshops, equipped with more than 40 high-end machining centers, including gantry, 4-axis horizontal, and 3-axis vertical types, ensuring micron-level precision. We also use automated truss robotic arms for material feeding to finished products, and advanced winding, embedding, and shaping equipment for motor coils, ensuring high efficiency and consistency.

Yes, our company has passed CCC certification and holds multiple product design patents. We strictly follow the four major motor production standards and implement full quality control from raw materials to finished products, ensuring each unit meets high-end manufacturing requirements.

We have an annual production capacity of over 50,000 vibration motors and exciters. Our team currently includes 9 R&D and design engineers and more than 100 skilled employees, allowing us to handle both standard and customized orders efficiently.

We provide a 1-year warranty for the exciter and 1 year of after-sales service.
