Yes. We can manufacture enclosures with double-wall construction and internal sound insulation (mineral wool panels with acoustic fleece). This design can achieve up to 15dB(A) noise reduction. We can customize the acoustic design based on your specific noise target and airflow requirements.

Q:How do you ensure quality and what certifications do you have?

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Our quality process includes: incoming material inspection, in-process flow inspection, final dimensional verification (CMM), surface/coating testing, and 100% pre-shipment inspection. Every shipment includes a detailed quality inspection report. Coating is tested for adhesion, thickness, and salt spray resistance.

Q:What are your shipping and packaging options?

Enclosures are packaged unassembled in export-grade wooden cases with foam protection and VCI rust-preventive film. This minimizes shipping volume and reduces freight costs. We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight for urgent orders. Samples are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) are negotiable.
