AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in office equipment, consumables, printing, rental, maintenance, and related wholesale businesses, offering Riso duplicators and printers, inks, master rolls, and compatible cartridges. It reports OEM service for well-known brands, ODM capability, new product development during the past year, and flexible through full customization. ISO9001:2015 certification and recent fire-drill activity are stated. However, service-management procedures, approved-supplier records, corrective-action records, and complaint-handling procedures are absent. The supplier has no stated in-stock, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom capability, and no 3D software or SDK capability. Financial information is internally inconsistent across the provided records and includes multiple zero values, so financial credibility cannot be confirmed. Finished products are checked by packing staff, while lead times are stated as within 15 working days in both peak and off-season.

Supplier typeThe supplier’s stated business scope covers technical services, office equipment and consumables wholesale and retail, packaging and paper sales, business printing, equipment rental, and maintenance. Its listed products are Riso duplicators and printers, duplicator ink, master rolls, compatible Ricoh ink, and ComColor cartridges, indicating an office-printing equipment and consumables supplier with related service activities.

CertificationsThe supplier states that it holds an ISO9001:2015 certificate. It also reports conducting regular fire drills during the past year, but no factory environmental impact assessment report is available; the certification evidence supports a positive assessment for this field.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK and no 3D software design service, but states that it had new products during the past year and provides ODM services. These facts show some product-development capability, although the absence of SDK and 3D design services limits the demonstrated scope of innovation.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers flexible customization, minor customization, and full customization, and separately reports the same range of design services together with ODM availability. This is direct evidence of broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands. This is evidence of experience serving recognized-brand customers, but no specific customer names, project details, volumes, or outcomes are provided.
