Q:What is the warranty period?

All our machines come with a standard one-year warranty. This covers the replacement of any defective core components, including the motor, inverter, and PLC, which we will ship to you free of charge. Please note that easily wearable parts, such as circular blades and sensors, are excluded from this warranty. Please note: We are committed to providing lifelong support. Even after the warranty period, our team remains available to assist you.

Q:How do you pack the machine before delivery?

We take great care in preparing your machine for shipment. Our process includes a thorough cleaning and lubrication, followed by placing desiccant inside the machine to control moisture. The equipment is then wrapped in anti-rust plastic and securely packed in a fumigated wooden case to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Q:How can I visit your company?

We would be delighted to host you. Please use the following guidelines for your visit: Suzhou Factory: Please fly into Shanghai Airport (PVG or SHA). Our team will meet you and provide transportation to the factory, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive. Anhui Factory: Please fly into either Nanjing (NKG) or Wuhu (WHA) Airport. We will arrange your pickup and transfer to the factory, which is about a 1-hour drive.
