A:
A228 (music wire) suits high stress and high fatigue springs; A227 (hard drawn) is the economical choice for average static loads. Send the drawing load type and cycle count and FUSHUN METAL will confirm the match.
Q:Can the wire be supplied annealed or stress relieved?
A:
Yes. Delivery conditions cover cold drawn, patented cold drawn, oil tempered and stress relieved, plus spheroidised annealed for severe forming. Low temperature relief at 230-300 C raises the elastic limit by 8-12 %.
Q:What size, packing and documents are available?
A:
Round wire 0.10-20.00 mm, flat wire 0.20-6.00 mm thick, strip up to 400 mm wide, cut bars to 6000 mm. Packed on coils, spools or DIN carriers with EN 10204 3.1, RoHS and REACH declarations.
