We may also send you the manual and operating video to teach you how to use it. For bigger machines, we can arrange for our senior engineers to go to your country to install the machines. They can give you technical training.

We offer one and year warranty for hardware and lifetime for software. After warranty, we still will offer after sales service. So please feel free to contact with us.

How long does it take to get the machine?

Normally the machine production takes about 6-10 days. The machine will be shipped by sea and shipment time is about 30-50 days to different countries. When we know the seaport name or address information, we will send you the specific time.
