We warrant all items are of merchantable quality. If defective or broken, we will replace them freely. Claims must be made within 10 days of delivery.

How are the products packaged?

Carved stones are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates with cardboard boxes inside. All crates are fumigated before shipment.

What is the lead time for a container order?

Normally one container order needs 35 days. Transportation duration varies by destination, such as 27 days to West European ports.
