Q:Why choose 25 spindles instead of 24 or 26?

An odd spindle count breaks the symmetrical braid path, producing a more natural, non-repeating surface texture. This reduces the "herringbone" effect and gives your products a premium hand-feel, which is highly desired for visible ropes, pet leashes, and decorative cords.
Q:Can I run only one head while the other is stopped?
A:
Yes. Each head is equipped with an independent electromagnetic clutch, so you can disengage either head for maintenance, sample runs, or single-product production without stopping the entire machine.
Q:What yarn types and sizes work best for the 3-15 mm range?
A:
The machine handles cotton, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, aramid, fiberglass, and even soft copper wire. For heavy ropes, we recommend 1,000-3,000 denier synthetic yarns; for hoses, use high-tenacity polyester or steel wire with appropriate tension settings.
