This is critical for industrial applications where uniform load distribution, predictable elongation, and consistent electrical or hydraulic performance are required - such as in cable shielding, hose reinforcement, and load-bearing ropes.
Q:Can I run only one head while the other is stopped?
A:
Yes. Each head is equipped with an independent electromagnetic clutch, allowing you to disengage either head for maintenance, sample runs, or single-product production. The other head continues operating normally without interruption.
Q:What yarn types and sizes work best for the 4-16 mm range?
A:
The machine handles cotton, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, aramid, fiberglass, copper wire, and soft steel wire. For heavy-duty ropes, we recommend 1,500-4,000 denier synthetic yarns; for cable sleeving, use finer yarns with appropriate tension settings. The bobbin size is standard 47x142 mm, with custom sizes available.
