PTC 300 direct warping machine is specially built for processing textile yarns onto beams, compatible with configurations of 140, 210, or 306 ends according to production needs.
Driven by a 1HP DC motor with inverter control, ensuring smooth and stable operation. Built-in air pressure system maintains constant pressure between the roller and the beam for perfect tension.
Equipped with an electronic meter counter and precision tension adjuster, allowing for easy length setting and density control. The angle is kept constant for uniform yarn arrangement.
Supports customizable 220V or 380V 50Hz power supply, simple operation and easy daily maintenance
