Our regular payment is 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. We accept third-party inspection before shipment and LC at sight. For some countries, we accept 30% prepayment and 70% payment against copy of bill of lading.

Q:How do I ask for support if the product fails in warranty?

Email us with the PI number, serial number, product S/N number, PCB board number, and a description of the failure with detailed pictures or video. We submit cases to our after-sales department and usually provide solutions within 24 hours. Refunds are available for quality problems.
