Q:Can I inspect the goods before final payment?

Yes, customers can arrange third-party inspections (BV, SGS). For orders exceeding two containers, we bear the inspection cost. We also cooperate with CQC certification providers.
Q:How do I apply for compensation if panels fail after 10 years?
A:
Submit claim sheets along with the flash test report and warranty document (provided with the product barcode). We provide after-sales service during the warranty period.
Q:Do you provide PV system design and installation services?
A:
We provide professional design for systems up to 1.27MW and remote online installation guidance. Door-to-door installation is not currently available.
