Q:If the solar panels have problems after 10 years, how can I apply for compensation?

We provide warranty and flash test reports with product barcodes when shipping out. Please refer to the picture provided in the original description for details.

Q:Can you provide PV system design and package sale service of the whole system?

Yes, we have professional engineers for preliminary design on grid, off grid, and hybrid systems. The largest system we have designed overseas is 1.27MW. For larger systems, we suggest seeking design from local power companies and providing quotations based on material lists. We also provide transportation to the port.

Q:Can you provide installation guidance and door-to-door installation service?

We can provide remote and online guidance service. Currently, there is no door-to-door installation service.

Q:Can you provide DDP price?

Yes, we can. However, DDP is not cost-effective because sellers may not know destination country land freight and tax policies, charging at the highest principle. We recommend CIP terms. Buyers can find experienced agents in their country to help declare tax at the cheapest price.
