Q:How can I get to your company?

You can fly to Shanghai Airport. We are located about 2 hours away from Shanghai Airport. You are welcome to visit our Gamma Tech factory and project cases in China.

Q:How long is your warranty time?

The warranty is one year, calculated from the date the equipment arrives at the customer's side. After this period, we provide online troubleshooting, local supervisor support in some markets, and can send engineers from China if necessary.

Q:Will you send engineers to install the plant?

Yes, we can arrange professional technical engineers for installation at an extra cost payable by the customer. Our engineers will also train your team on operation. Alternatively, you can use local contractors for commissioning while we send a supervising engineer.
