Q:What aluminum casting processes do you offer?

High Pressure Die Casting (A380/ADC12): Mass production, thin wall, low unit cost for motor housing, electronic parts
Gravity Casting & Low Pressure Casting (A356/ZL101): High tightness, available T6 heat treatment, for hydraulic housing, new energy cooling parts
Q:What aluminum alloys are available?
A:
Die casting: A380, ADC10, ADC12, A413
Gravity/Low pressure casting: A356, ZL101, ZL104
Custom alloy composition is acceptable for special requirements like high ductility, leak-proof, high thermal conductivity.
Q:What is T6 heat treatment? Which material can do T6?
A:
T6 = solution treatment + artificial aging, greatly improve tensile strength, hardness and casting tightness.
Only A356 / ZL101 gravity castings support T6 treatment. Die-cast A380 series cannot do T6, easy to blister & deform.
Q:Can you process custom non-standard parts?
A:
We specialize in custom OEM & ODM CNC machined parts according to customer drawings.
Q:What surface finishes can you provide?
A:
Shot blasting, CNC precision machining, anodizing, powder coating
Tip: A356 can achieve bright and uniform anodizing finish; ADC12 die castings produce dark anodized surfaces with obvious color difference.
