Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

We are the factory with more than 27 years in stage lighting, entertainment lighting and architectural lighting production and our workshop moved to Qingyuan city in 2020. It takes only 50 minutes by car from Guangzhou International Airport to our factory. Welcome to visit our factory if you come to Guangdong.

Q:Can I have a sample order for the fixtures?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, mixed samples are accpetable.

Q:What about the lead time?

Sample usually needs 5-7 days, depending on the material delivery, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity.

Q:Do you have any MOQ limit for order?

Low MOQ, 1 PC for sample checking is available.

Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For small order, usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Mass order will suggest ship by sea to save the shipping cost.
