Q:How does this elevator achieve 'Zero-Breakage' during vertical transport?
A:
Unlike traditional fast bucket elevators that throw materials by centrifugal force, our induced hoist adopts a specialized gentle handling design. The buckets are connected continuously to specialized heavy-duty chains. Materials are smoothly fed via an automated vibratory feeder and discharged sequentially by gravity without any high-speed throwing, which perfectly protects fragile materials like raisins, peanuts, and wolfberries
Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
We provide a 12-month quality warranty starting from the date the goods arrive at the destination port. Within this period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge for any failures caused by manufacturing defects (excluding wear parts and manual damage).
Q:What materials can be used for the elevator construction?
A:
The elevator can be constructed from carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. Parts in contact with the material can be customized to food-grade stainless steel (SUS304/316), while the frame can be customized to powder-coated carbon steel.
Q:What is the delivery time for the elevator?
A:
The standard delivery time or lead time is 7 to 15 days.
Q:Can the electrical configuration be customized?
A:
