Q:What impurities can it remove?
A:
The circulating air destoner effectively removes two categories of impurities: Low-specific-gravity impurities: husks, dust, paper scraps, hair, and lightweight contaminants. High-density impurities: small stones, sand, soil clods, and metal pieces. The finished product and stone impurities are discharged through two separate channels for clean separation.
Q:How high is the stone removal rate of this machine?
A:
High-efficiency gravity wind separation, stone removal rate over 99%, effectively separate heavy stones, mud blocks from grains and spices, improve finished product purity.
Q:Can I adjust the air volume and feeding speed freely?
A:
Yes, equipped with frequency converter, air volume and feeding capacity can be adjusted steplessly according to different raw material impurities content.
Q:How does the machine discharge the cleaned products and the separated stones?
A:
The machine is highly compact and comes with an integrated discharging conveyor. The finished good products and the stone/clod impurities are automatically transported out via two completely separate channels. This automated dual-channel output ensures continuous, high-efficiency operation without any manual sorting labor
Q:Can this destoner operate alone, or must it be integrated into a large production line?
A:
It is highly flexible. It works excellently as a standalone unit for independent spice or herb cleaning. Meanwhile, it is fully compatible to be used in combination with our circulating winnowing machines or Z/C-type elevators to form an all-in-one integrated automatic processing line.
