We recommend selecting a model based on your daily rice processing capacity. The DM80X7C is suitable for rice mills with a daily processing capacity of 80 to 120 metric tons, with an output of 4.5 to 6 metric tons per hour; the DM90 X7C has a larger screening area and is suitable for large rice mills with daily processing capacity of 120 to 200 metric tons, with an output of 5.5 to 7 metric tons per hour
Q:Can the machine's voltage and sieve mesh sizes be customized?
A:
Yes, absolutely. We support full industrial voltage customization (e.g., 380V/415V/440V, 50Hz/60Hz) to match your local power grid. Furthermore, the sieve mesh screen sizes are tailored precisely according to your rice shape (long grain, short grain, round grain) to ensure optimal grading purity
Q:Do machines need regular maintenance?
A:
It is recommended to check the tension of the screen every 500 hours of operation and replace the lubricating oil every 2000 hours. Daily routine,Just clean up the remaining residue on the sieve surface.
Q:Can it be connected with other rice mill equipment for use?
A:
Yes. This machine is designed with standard interfaces, which can seamlessly connect with rice grinders, color sorting machines, packaging machines, etc., to form a complete production line
