Efficient Vibrating Destoner for Wheat, Bean, Pulse and Grain Cleaning

The TQSX vibrating series is designed for rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, andvarious coarse cereals. It effectively removes stones, clods, soil blocks, andother heavy impurities of similar size to the product. The double vibrationmotor system ensures stable transmission and excellent process performance.

The machine adopts double vibration motors as the vibration source. Combinedwith specific gravity separation, heavier stones and impurities sink to thebottom while lighter grain stays on top. The differential pressure gaugereflects the intemal negative pressure in real-time, ensuring optimal workingconditions. Excellent sealing prevents dust leakage.

Power ranges from 0.5kW (0.25kW x 2) to 0.74kW (0.37kW x 2) depending on the model. Air suction volume ranges from 6,000-7,500 m3/h to 12,000-16,000 m3/h.The system resistance is consistently 1180 Pa across all models, ensuring energy-efficient operation.

The installed differential pressure gauge reflects the machine's intimal negative pressure in real-time during operation. This allows operators to monitor and adjust working conditions promptly, ensuring optimal stone removal efficiency and preventing blockages or air flow issues
