Not at all. Our hoist utilizes an inflow feeding method and gravity-induced discharge. The continuous 5L large buckets move gently at an optimized speed managed by the VFD. There is virtually zero material return or collision during the vertical-to-horizontal transfer. The pneumatic discharge guide the materials smoothly into the chutes, achieving true zero-crushing transport for fragile items like raisins, peanuts, and seeds
Q:Is the PLC touch screen system easy for our local operators to use?
A:
Extremely easy. The machine features an intelligent one-button start/stop operation. The touch-screen interface features an intuitive layout and comes standard in full English (other languages can be customized). Operators can freely preset or adjust the sequence and timing of each discharge point directly on the screen.
Q:What is the delivery time for the elevator?
A:
The standard delivery time or lead time is 7 to 15 days.
Q:Can this elevator interface with our existing packaging machines or color sorters?
A:
Yes, it is fully compatible. The integrated PLC control system supports potential-free contact signaling and standard industrial communication protocols. It can automatically link with your subsequent color sorters, packaging lines, or roasting machines. When a downstream machine sends a "full" signal, the elevator adjusts or pauses feeding immediately to prevent overflow.
