Regular maintenance ensures long-term performance: Before each start, check that the air duct is unobstructed and the air aspirator seals are in good condition. During shutdown, stop material feeding first, then turn off the blower. Regularly lubricate manual operation parts and keep them flexible. Periodically perform maintenance on the vibration motor, change lubricating oil regularly, and replace bearings if they have operated for one continuous year or show excessive noise.
