We provide a 1-year warranty starting from delivery. We send necessary spare parts for replacement and provide online technical guidance; no need to return the machine for repair.

Yes, we can send engineers to install the plant and train workers, but this is at an extra cost payable by the customer. Alternatively, you can use local contractors with our supervising engineer.
