Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

Our factory is located in HuiZhou City, China. It's 30 minutes from ShenZhen International airport by subway. Welcome to visit our factory and test our machine with your samples.

Q:How long is your guarantee?

One full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our goods. In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.

Q:Will you send engineers to install the plant and train our workers?

Yes, but at an extra cost payable by the customer. Or you can get local contractors to do the commissioning and we send one supervising engineer.

Q:What about the shipping cost?
