NBR Rubber Foam Pipe Special for Building Insulation Heat Insulating Material

It is a closed-cell elastic insulation material made of rubber and plastic as main raw materials. It features heat preservation, heat insulation, waterproofing and shock absorption, mainly divided into insulation tubes and insulation sheets.

It is widely used for central air conditioning pipes, water supply and drainage pipes, heating pipes, air ducts, industrial equipment, cold storage rooms, machine rooms, building HVAC systems, ships and chemical industries.

With an independent closed-cell structure, it has extremely low water vapor permeability and good moisture resistance. It hardly condenses or seeps water in normal use, and is an ideal choice for anti-condensation of low-temperature pipelines.

Flame retardant customization is available. Common grades include Class B1 (hardly flammable) and Class B2 (flammable). International standards like Class 0 and Class 1 are also optional. It will not catch open fire easily and produces few molten drips.

You can refer to test reports and product labels. For simple on-site test: the flame retardant version will self-extinguish once the open fire is removed, while the ordinary one keeps burning.
