AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a combined manufacturing and sales company covering automotive lighting, mirrors, auto parts, road lighting, streetlight poles, hardware components, and related project construction. It reports five production lines and five quality assurance/control inspectors, with in-stock capability and export sales representing 71%–90% of total sales. Customization and ODM services are available, but no new products were reported during the past year and no SDK is available. Quality assurance is stated, although several procedures lack written records. The supplier has ISO9001:2015 certification and conducts regular fire drills. Identified limitations include no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, no offline trade-show participation, and no OEM service for popular brands. Customer-case evidence is not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company whose stated business includes manufacturing and sales of automotive lighting, mirrors, auto parts, road-lighting products, streetlight poles, hardware components, and related construction projects. It is not an offshore company name.

CertificationsThe supplier reports an ISO9001:2015 certificate under its sustainable development management system certification. This is explicit certification evidence, although no additional specific product certifications are identified.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, but no written records for either. It has in-stock service capability, while lacking overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, and reported overseas service countries; therefore, service infrastructure is limited and procedural execution is not documented.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services and multiple forms of design customization, but reports no new products during the past year and no available SDK. The evidence shows design-related service capability but does not establish strong recent product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier reports five production lines, identifies injection molding, gluing, and glue-coating equipment, and has in-stock capability. However, it lacks a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with related subcontractors, does not continuously reconcile production quantities, and has no outsourcing standard operating procedure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also provides ODM services. These statements directly demonstrate broad customization capability.
