This mower is designed for standard utility tractors ranging from 30 HP to 80 HP, depending on the specific model width chosen (140 cm to 200 cm). It connects via a standard Category I or II 3-point hitch and a 540 RPM PTO shaft.
Q:How does the obstacle avoidance disk work without damaging tree trunks?
A:
The side disk is mounted on a flexible swing arm equipped with a high-tension spring (or hydraulic cylinder). When the outer rubber rim makes contact with a tree trunk or post, the arm automatically swivels back around the obstacle and springs back into position once passed, leaving no un-mowed gaps while protecting the tree bark.
Q:Can this machine handle thick brush and prunings?
A:
Yes. It comes equipped with heavy-duty heat-treated hammer blades capable of shredding grass, thick weeds, and orchard branch prunings up to 2 -3 cm in diameter into fine organic mulch.
Q:Is the hydraulic system self-contained or powered by the tractor?
A:
We offer both options! Standard units connect directly to your tractor's rear hydraulic valves (remotes). If your tractor lacks rear hydraulic outlets, we can supply an optional independent hydraulic tank and pump system driven directly by the PTO shaft.
