AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryGenlitec (Fuzhou) Power Equipment Co., Ltd. is identified as a China-based manufacturer/factory and group corporation offering generators, diesel generator sets, and lighting towers. The supplier reports flexible customization, direct import/export rights, export activity for eight years, and 51%–70% of sales from exports. CE certification and quality assurance are reported, while finished products are checked by packing staff. Overseas support is limited: no overseas warehouse or showroom is available, and the stated overseas service coverage is zero countries, although overseas agents or branches exist and training is offered. Service-management documentation is weak, with no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. SDK availability is explicitly absent, and no direct evidence establishes strong R&D capability. Financial information is represented only by year labels without substantive performance data. Customer recognition, exclusive dealership...

CertificationsCE certification is explicitly reported. A BV audit is also recorded, but the audit result is listed as 0 and the report expired on 2025-01-23; therefore, the available evidence confirms CE but does not establish broad or currently valid certification coverage.

After-Sales capabilityThe company emphasizes after-sales service quality and offers training, overseas agents or branches, and service quotations under FOB, CIF, CFR, and EXW terms. However, it reports no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling, zero countries with overseas services, and no overseas warehouse or showroom, showing a documented weakness in structured after-sales management.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports flexible customization, directly supporting an ability to adapt products or services to customer requirements. No scope, technical limits, or examples of customized projects are provided.

Client casesThe supplier states that domestic and overseas customers have recognized its products and services, and that it has signed several exclusive dealership agreements in different countries. It also reports eight years of export activity and 51%–70% export sales, but provides no named customers, project descriptions, or independently verifiable case evidence.
