The goods manufactured by GERALLY Generator CO.,Ltd are under warranty within 1 year from the date of delivery. If the damageable spare parts of genset are caused by incorrect man-made operation and beyond the defects liability period, we will not assume the warranty responsibility.

Q:Do you arrange shipment for the products?

For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents. The cheapest way is by sea but takes a long time, you can use your shipping forward agent to pick up the products from our factory, or we can deliver the products to the port. We shall not be responsible for any import taxes, clearance cost, port charges, etc.
