The laser sandblasting machine is a new-generation high-speed, high-precision laser processing equipment independently developed by our factory to meet the development requirements of the smart mirror
It is ideal for laser sandblasting of smart mirrors and also widely applied in glass processing, mainly used for sandblasting, paint stripping, coating removal, and drilling.
In addition, it supports surface marking on various alloy materials such as stainless steel, aluminum oxide, copper, and more.
Adopts an industrial aluminum profile gantry structure and high-strength welded frame, with overall stress relief treatment to ensure high rigidity and minimal deformation.
The whole machine features a welded steel structure, processed by annealing and 5-axis CNC milling to guarantee overall operating accuracy.
All moving parts of the machine are manufactured by a 5-axis machining center using industrial aluminum profiles, ensuring the high precision of the equipment's overall operation.
Equipped with Yadek linear guide rails (1400mm in length) and 1.5-module high-precision gear racks, providing stable and smooth movement support.
The Z-axis worktable supports automatic lifting, enabling high-quality processing for plates of different thicknesses and materials, with low failure rate and high stability.
The optical path components consist of high-speed, high-precision 12-spot galvanometer lenses and telecentric quartz lenses, forming a high-performance optical path system for precise processing.
Adopts the latest generation of laser control software, featuring simple operation and powerful functions to improve processing efficiency.
