Q:What products do you supply?
A:
Passenger elevators, goods elevators, dumbwaiters, escalators, moving walks, and all kinds of elevator spare parts and components.
Q:What is your delivery time?
A:
Within 20 days after signing the contract. Generally 20~25 days after order confirmation, depending on product type, configuration and quantity. Urgent spare parts can be shipped by air. Shipment will be made from Shanghai Port, China.
Q:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
Please send us your requirement. We keep a flexible MOQ for spare parts and can discuss details based on your project.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T, L/C and other agreed payment methods. 30% T/T in advance after signing the contract, and 70% T/T to be paid 10 days before shipment.
Q:How do you ensure product quality?
A:
All products are factory-inspected and function-tested before shipment. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV is also acceptable. Packing adopts seaworthy plywood wooden case, fully complying with export packaging standards.
