Q:Do you offer Argon gas filling? What are the benefits?
A:
Yes, we do. Argon gas is denser than air. Filling the spacer with Argon significantly improves the U-value (thermal performance) and sound insulation compared to standard air-filled units.
Q:How do you handle shipping damage?

All our shipments are fully insured. We always recommend taking photos upon opening the container. If any damage occurs due to our packaging, we will reissue the products or refund the value.
